Big Syke, 2 Pac Collaborator Dead at 48

The hip hop world just lost 48-year-old Tyruss "Big Syke" Himes who was a really close friend of Tupac Shakur. Police were called out to the Thug Life member's home on December 5th in Hawthorne, CA according to TMZ.

The Los Angeles County Coroner confirmed that the rapper passed away. While it is still unknown of what killed Big Syke, law enforcement officials state that "no foul play" is suspected. Sources close to the rapper said he may have died from natural causes due to a history of heart issues and obesity.

Big Syke was a long time friend of 2 Pac and had verses on a bunch of Tupac's tracks such as "All Eyez on Me", "Picture Me Rollin" and "Check Out Time."
