What an awesome way to celebrate your 90th birthday! Minnie Mouse was honored with receiving the 2,627th star on the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame. While most star plots feature human Hollywood professionals, Minnie is not the first animated character to be recognized. Minnie joins her friends Mickey, Donald Duck, Tinker Bell, Winnie The Pooh, Snow White and Kermit The Frog who all have received coveted slots along the famous boulevard.

The 90 year old character finally received the 2,627th star on the famous Walk of Fame

The ceremony was held at Disney's Hollywood Studios on January 22, where Mickey and Minnie arrived in a red, polka dot Convertible to join in the festivities.
During the ceremony, pop princess Katy Perry addressed the crowd. "Her style is the epitome of fun fashion," Perry said. "To this day, no one rocks a bow, the color red or a dot quite like her. Trust me. I am trying."
